La Rosa contains a kitchen on the ground floor and 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. The same goes for L'Iris, but here there is also mezzanine w/ sofa bed for 2 additional people. Glicine has 2 double rooms and a sofa bed for 1 person. Gelsomino has the kitchen, a bedroom & a bathroom on the ground floor & an additional bedroom on the top floor, as well as a bathroom & a sofa bed in the mezzanine. The apartment Ciclamino has a kitchen on the ground floor, 2 sofa beds & a bathroom on the top floor & a double room & room w/ a bunk bed. La Rondinaia also contains the restaurant in which guests can enjoy the good, traditional Tuscan food. In front of the holiday apartment, there is a furnished terrace leading to the swimming pool which guests can use.The farmhouse Spondone had been restored w/ the finest of materials & is located in a quiet area on a hill, surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape ( views over the entire estate. In addition to holiday apartments, you can find large common rooms & a professional kitchen. There are 3 apartments on the 1st floor, each w/ 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen, as well as 1 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a kitchen. All around the house, there is a beautiful garden w/ a modern party tent fitting the surroundings, allowing for open air receptions & similar events.
