Albuquerque House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 p/n + $750 base fee
- We simplfied it! All inclusive rate so you know exactly the total amount due right now with no exceptions and no suprises. Yes the rate includes rental, all taxes, all cleaning fees and all fees for supplies provided. In most cases except short term, our rates have decreased from the prior schedule.
Daily rate is $200 per night + $750 base fee = total due period! The only exception is during Balloon Fiesta (see below or above chart).
Example: (7 nights) 7 x 200 = 1400 + 750 = $2150.00. This is the grand total, no other fees or taxes, all inclusive.
1 night* = $950, 2 nights* = $1150, 3 nights* = $1350, 4 nights = $1550, 5 nights = $1750, 6 nights = $1950, 7 nights = $2150, 8 nights = $2350, 9 nights = $2550, 10 nights = $2750, 10 nights = $2750, 11 nights = $2950, 12 nights = $3150, 13 nights = $3350, 14 nights = $3550.
*One, Two & Three night bookings will only be reserved 45 days out and sooner to allow the long term rentors to be able to make plans for longer stays. - All major holidays have a 5 night minimum stay.

50% of rental is due after booking and balance 30 days before arrival.
Balloon Fiesta 2012 is $300 per night + $750 base fee = total due with 5 night minimum unless filling a gap less than 5 nights.

Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Room for boat or trailer in driveway, any size RV can park along front wall (street-side) and power is readily available. Deck/Patio: Huge back patio with shade trees and lots of decorative concrete space for entertaining with outside furniture and table. Kid Friendly: Basketball goal and ball, numerous yard and table games, small kids play ground toys and more. Property is totally fenced and pool has automatic safety cover. 2 BBQ grills. One portable on back patio and a brick BBQ grill in the front yard picnic area. Propane is provided. Private Pool: Pool is Open form may 1st till September 30th! Heated in ground 33'x16' with automatic cover. Very clean plus has ozone cleaning system for very low chlorine levels. High speed internet is provided and a wireless modem is in the house however we do not provide diagnostic services nor do we guarantee your computer will connect to it. An ethernet cord is provided for a direct connection and if there is a connection problem between your computer and the internet you will need to correct it with Comcast Cable.
