If the grill is not cleaned by you, a service fee of $35 will be charged. For electricity charges $0.14 per kw/h is calculated. Caution deposit $400 is payable with the final amount (90 days before start date). 20% deposit is payable as per the agreement. Reimbursement of caution deposit will be done latest after 4 weeks, electricity charges will be deducted from the caution deposit

A bathroom downstairs is constructed with wheelchair accessibility; it is possible to get to the shower in a wheelchair. - •A large king size double bed provides a comfortable sleep in master bedroom, which is furnished with bedside tables, lamps and a large dresser and thus provides plenty of storage. From the master bedroom you can get to the elevated terrace outside and enjoy the breathtaking view. Both the queen bedrooms on the second floor are furnished in a bright and friendly style, great comfort. In all the bedrooms upstairs there is also a writing desk and TV. The bedroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible with large sliding doors, fireplace, access to terrace and a magnificent view outside. The wheelchair accessible bathroom is attached to the bedroom. All bedrooms have large, walk-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bed linens, cloth hangers, blankets and pillows are sufficiently available in the house. A toddler bed can be booked if needed and so the maximum occupancy can be increased.

Pure luxury: The villa has space for 8 persons and is a highlight with 4 separate furnished bedrooms and a brightly illuminated living room with a view of the canal and the tropically scaled landscape outside with a lot of individual seating facilities! It is a given that the technical features of this property are top notch. Great importance is laid also on high energy efficiency, all e-devices have the saving mode A, all lighting bulbs are energy saving lamps (wherever possible) and the pool can be heated with solar but during winter months it can also be electrically heated. This is not a standard in many houses. So save your holiday budget for finer things.
