- * The Villages optional $50 temporary ID (limited to 2 adults) is not included in fees. We will include it if you are renting for more than 1 month.
Maximum 4 occupants. **No one under the age of 30 years may overnight in our home.**
No pets, no smoking, no subletting, & no exceptions.
Utilities, Satellite TV over 250 channels, trash, and lawn service, are all included.
Deposit/Cleaning/Security fee: $500 fully refundable after departure if no damages & no excess cleaning required (equal to 1 person 1.5 hour. See next paragraph). Cancellation: 100% refund of deposit if more than 120 days prior to check-in. Within 120 days, no refund of deposit. - Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. Cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker. House must be left in excellent condition with bed linens cleaned and refrigerator cleaned out. We have a cleaning service come in to do a thorough cleaning after each use. Any additional departure cleaning charges beyond an included departure cleaning (equivalent to about 1 person/1.5 hours) will be deducted from the deposit.
If you do not have a wireless Internet account for your laptop (for example, by your cell phone company) or your hometown Internet provider does not have a toll-free access dial-up number for use with your laptop, The Village's complimentary computer lab with fast speed Internet access is minutes away at the Savannah Center (The Villages optional $50 Amenity ID required for computer lab access)
