Tucson House Rates

  • $125 per night - Low Season, $200 p/n High Season
  • Payment Options: Cashier's Check, MasterCard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa
    Check In: 4 p.m.

    Required Stay: minimum stay is 3 nights.

    Lodging Tax: 6.5 %

    Deposits: On all rentals, an initial security, and damage deposit of $1000.00 USD, is required to reserve the home and is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is due within 7 days of reserving unit.

    Payment of rent is due within 30 days of arrival. Pets that are accepted require a $150.00 USD non-refundable deposit per animal. Clean up after your pet, or guest may be charged additional cleaning fees.

    Other Fees: Any damage caused by guests or their pets will be deducted from the deposit amount and/or charged to the credit card on record. Cleaning fee of $150.00 USD will be deducted from the initial security deposit. Pool heating is optional and is charged at $30.00 USD per day.


    Smoking permitted outside only.
