Welcome to our newly renovated, designer furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor condominium on Sanibel Island. Our corner unit is located at the intersection of two deep-water canals and a mere 200 steps from the beach. Free boat dockage, picnic tables, lounge chairs, fish cleaning stations, and BBQ grilles are literally in our back yard. Sanibel Arms is a family-friendly, meticulously maintained condominium complex consisting of 64 units in eight buildings. It's conveniently located on the east-end of the Island just a few blocks from the Causeway. Shopping, dining, and the historic Sanibel Lighthouse are only minutes away. Guests have full access to a large heated swimming pool, a private beach, and a clubhouse where popcorn and computers are available 24 hours a day. Wireless Internet is also available in each unit.
