TreeTop Villa is set at the highest point of Cul-de-Sac on the southwest side of the island, overlooking St. Martin and Rendezvous Bay. The main floor is on the second level, affording panoramic views and wonderful cooling breezes. The charming Caribbean flavor creates a comfortable, serene environment for your vacation home. Set on half an acre of tropical gardens, the villa is a short walk (425 paces) to the beach. There are hammocks for lazing away those idle hours, and a sun/star deck off the great room.

The new golf course provides avid players with a wonderful view while enjoying their sport and the miniature golf diverts the 'kids'.
