Weekly Rates for the Vineyard Retreat:
April, May, September, October: $6000 per week
June, July, August: $6750 per week
November through March: $3600 per week
Thanksgiving and Christmas: $6000 per week -
One week minimum; monthly rates available Parties more than eight pay an additional $600 per week
Cleaning fee: $200 per week ($225 for larger parties)
20% refundable security deposit required
