Enjoy your beach vacation at this condo located just off the strand on the South end of Tybee. This top floor corner unit features partial side views of the ocean & Tybee Pier from one of the bedrooms and south ocean views from the patio. Sandpiper 308 is the roomiest unit at the Sandpiper and feels like it could be your second home. Master bath is equipped with double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. New kitchen and appliances. Private balcony off the master and living room. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant) 2 parking spaces in gated lot. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons. This unit is managed by Tybee Vacation Rentals. All guests receive complimentary access to our Tybee Vacation Information Center and Concierge Service. Our concierge will provide guests with travel info, directions, and recommendations. Plus the center offers WIFI, Copy and Fax Service, UPS, newspapers, tour tickets, gifts and more!

Tybee Island is located 20 minutes from Historic Savannah, Georgia. Tybee Island is a small beach community with 5 miles of beach. It is bordered on the North by the Savannah River. Many people enjoy visiting Tybee because of the islands quirky nature and fun characters. Tybee features many delectable restaurants, from casual to fine dining, worth visiting during your stay. Attractions include: Tybee Island Light Station and Museum, Tybee Island Marine Science Center, Fort Screven (historic area), Fort Pulaski National Monument (National Park located just off island), and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Popular Activities include: sunbathing, swimming, shelling, biking, surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, boat tours - dolphin and sunset, bird watching, nature walks, fishing- both inshore and deep sea. Kayaking : rentals and tours available, and shopping, especially browsing the local art galleries. Closest Golf course is located about 15 minutes drive off island.

Location of Sandpiper #308: The condo is conveniently located near the Tybee Pier and Pavilion, Tybee Marine Science Center, restaurants, shopping, and the main beach. The condo is the 2nd building back from the beach and only 25 yards to beach access.
