'Mosaico' is a newly remodeled air conditioned 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds (optional king bed available upon request) a separate den with a comfortable pull-out, queen-size sleep sofa and full kitchen with separate dining area.The bath has both a full-size tub and a shower and features a mosaic installation by international artist, Kim Rizio. The living area has a view of the pool, patio and garden. The bedroom looks across Key Biscayne's 3-acre Village Green park. Mosaico is pet-friendly (up to 70 lbs) with its own high-speed wireless internet connection and cable TV. The apartment is within walking distance to Key Biscayne's world-famous beaches, Bill Baggs State Park and Cape Florida Lighthouse & all major shopping areas, especially the new Key Colony Plaza in which Starbucks is located! If there is no claim for damages, rent or other costs, the security deposit less $100US housekeeping charge will be refunded to the tenant within 15 days from the end of the occupancy period.
