Two screened lanais off the living/dining room and master bedroom provide relaxation and view of the setting sun over the Gulf. The condo is equipped with a 32' TV, DVD player and surround sound in the living room, 21' TV in master bedroom and 19' TV with DVD player in guest bedroom. All TV's connected to Comcast cable. Internet with wireless access. Completely equipped kitchen. Large laundry room with cloth washers & dryers conveniently available.

Sanibel Island just off the SW Florida coast by Ft. Myers. The island including adjacent Captiva Island is about 14 miles long. It is renowned for it beautiful beaches and a shelling paradise. Two thirds of the island ihas been set aside as natural wildlife preserves. There are bike paths throughout the island, safely set back from the roads, so you can enjoy viewing the lush tropical landscape. You can fish, swim, bike, kayak, canoe, golf, tennis for your enjoyment. Visiting the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is a must. There are boat rides to Useppa Island and Upper Captiva Island. There is a local movie theatre and abundant shops and restaurants. All done in an beautiful, lush tropical paradise.
