HOLIDAY RATES
All Reservations require at least a 2 Night Minimum Stay.
A 3 Night Minimum Stay is required forValentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July, Labor Day and October.
A 4 Night Minimum Stay is required for Thanksgiving.
New Years and Christmas require a 7 night minimum stay. If you wish to bridge both Christmas and New Years, a 10 night stay is required.
Please note: Rates DO NOT include a $100 Cleaning Fee and 12.75% Tax - * 15% deposit to hold reservations.
* Deposit refunded on cancellations made more than 30 days from the reservation date.
* Deposit applicable toward future reservations within one year of cancellation for cancellations made within 30 days from the reservation date.
* Deposit refunded in full once the cabin is found to be in good condition upon departure. For your convenience, we will be happy to hold a check equal to the value of one night's stay as a damage deposit. The check will be destroyed and returned to you once the cabin is found in good condition, simply provide us a return addressed envelope. A one night deposit paid via paypal or credit card is still required to hold the reservation.
* Payment in full is due 5 days prior to arrival.
