Kapaa Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$99/night for one to four people
Plus 11.5% Hawaii General Excise and Transient Accommodation Taxes.
$100 security deposit, refundable within seven days of check-out.
50% deposit required with reservation. Balance due 30 days in advance of arrival
Refund available only if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
$35 one time clean out fee. Housekeeping not provided, but is available for $35
per occurrence. -
Note: This unit rents for approximately $220-$250/night when booked through the on-site property management. Take advantage of our special offer of $99.00 per night plus applicable taxes.

Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry facilities on-site for your convenience. The sun comes up over the ocean. The moon rises outside your window. The whales are jumping in the winter. See it all from this unit. Kapaa is half way between the beautiful North Shore with Hanalei Bay & the Napali Coast and the South shore with world famous Poipu Beach. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, and restaurants.
