ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: :Payment accepted by International bank transfer, Visa and MasterCard or Amex (+2%) Bookings can start and end on any day (additional days over a week charged pro rata). 10% Non-refundable Deposit on booking. Balance of rental to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date (also not refundable). Rental includes electricity and all taxes. There is a charge for cleaning at end of stay (if required) of £7 per hour; laundry charge (usually approx £5 per person); and telephone calls at cost. Authority required on arrival to debit credit card with one weeks rental for security deposit (not processed). Discounts available depending upon season and length of stay.
