In the event of the foregoing, any refund will be less 20% which shall be retained as a cancellation fee. BRR and Client shall make their respective best efforts to re-rent in event of cancellation by Client. -

There are many more upscale restaurants in the vicinity due to the proximity of the nearby Luxury Hotels inclusive of The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and The Montage Resort.
