Sea Pines House Summary

Our vacation home features 4 spacious bedrooms & 3 full baths on 2 levels. There is a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar, spacious living room w/fireplace, dining room & family room. A sliding glass door in the family room leads to a second story deck overlooking the new swimming pool & adjoining park area with lovely live oaks. Newly painted, new mattresses & furnishings, new granite top patio furniture, pool recliners & gas grill. 4 TVs (3 in bedrooms & one in family room), 2 DVD players & a PlayStation. The bedrooms have good separation w/the master having a queen bed & a private bath & the 2nd bedroom w/2 single beds on the top level. A newly renovated hallway bathroom w/skylight on the upper level. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 1st level: a large bedroom w/queen bed that opens onto a private deck shaded by palm trees & the other with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a single mattress on top with a full mattress on the bottom, allowing sleeping for up to 3 people.

Being located in Lawton Woods, you are an eight minute walk or a three minute bike ride to the beach. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve and the Lawton Stables are within walking distance. There are many miles of biking/hiking trails throughout the plantation and in the public areas. Water sports, restaurants, shopping and entertainment abound on and directly off the island. Short day trips are possible with Savannah about 45 minutes and Charleston about one hour and 15 minutes away.
