Included in the rental: Tea towels, supplies for the dishwasher and the washing machine, towels, including for the sauna, 2 bathrobes, linens, sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, electricity, all utilities, a doggie bed and blanket, internet, and cleaning service.
You will be asked to make a damage deposit of €300 in cash upon arrival.
Additional costs: 1 dog - €6 per day.

Recover from a potentially stressful journey over a platter of typical, regional appetizers on your first evening (price depends in seasonal availability of products). Please enquire.
Alternatively, and dependent somewhat on the weather, you can start your vacation with an unforgettable, traditional Swiss cheese fondue in the garden, where the chafing dish will be heated in a tree trunk, and you can enjoy fresh bread, a glass of white wine, and grapes (€25 per person).
Ride in an old-timer- our very own tractor with driver.
Two bicycles available in the garage for bike tours.
For a sunny day in the country, there is a picnic basket and blanket for up to 4.
I decorate seasonally (Easter, Christmas, birthdays (?), spring, fall). - In our crawl space, we are storing excellent regional red wines, white wines from the Kaiserstuhl mountains and champagnes. Cider is available upon request during harvest season.

- History and modernity meet the large ‘stable’ bathroom, where elegant fittings and sink, a comfortable rainforest shower, a romantic freestanding cast iron bathtub and a sauna are juxtaposed with the original stable wall with all its historic details such as manger, drinking pits, wooden shutters for hay feeding, wood-floors and the old wood door to the barn on the other side. There is a small, romantic shower room in the attic, also with a elegant sink and fixtures and the well worn wooden floor just like the bathroom in the stable, only that here you also have an old wooden support beam jutting through the centre. Nobody knows how old the bathroom door is.

- You can spend cosy, romantic nights in bedroom 1 with its large double bed and ancient wooden ceiling beams and planks, kept in white. The infra-red heating system, this time in the form of a painting, matches the style of the surroundings. In bedroom 2 you find a double bed, linens for which are chosen according to the guest: We have pink blossoms (for a girl's room) and striped blue 'Danube' linens (for a boy's room). For very young guests, we have a small romantic white cast-iron bed available!

Notes:
The fence around the garden helps your pet to stay at home. We have loungers, outdoor Jacuzzi shaped like a barrel, which you can enjoy on warm summer nights, or in the winter surrounded by snow, and which is always a good occasion for some champagne (hidden from view in the back of the garden). In addition there are a 2 sitting areas outside, one in the roofed loggia. The old barn was beautifully restored & tiled with the ‘Kolbinger Platten’ which are produced exclusively in the neighbouring village. There is also a large professional BBQl with a special vegetable insert), which makes your dreams come true. The second sitting area is in front of the house, fenced in and equipped with comfy fleece blankets or, in the fall, animal furs.
Kitchen: induction stove, cocktail shaker, a set of rustic dishes (in addition to the classic white pasta dishes), coffee maker & Senseo-kettle, toaster - all you need. Pots, backing utensils, microwave, iron, washing machine, dryer, infra-red heating.
