Fort Myers Condo Summary
Our fully furnished fifth floor condo is located in the spectacular river-side community called 'The Landings'. Our well established and gated community offers the South Florida atmosphere, a challenging 18 hole executive golf course, 13 tennis courts, 2 restaurants (one of which overlooks the scenic Caloosahatchee River) and is one of the few gated communities in South Ft. Myers that offers marina access to the Caloosahatchee River and to the Gulf of Mexico. For baseball enthusiasts, we are within a short driving distance of both the Red Sox and Twins spring training facilities. For beach enthusiasts, we are a short drive to Estero, Sanibel, and Ft. Myers Beaches. The Key West Express is less than 14 miles from the Landings and offers a 3 1/2 hour express ferry ride to the Keys (with slot machines) ! The airport, two shopping malls, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants are all within a short distance. There is no better location!

The Landings is convenient to the airport, several beaches, restaurants, night life, golf courses, the Red Sox and Twins spring training facilities, charter boats, Key-West Ferry service and downtown Ft. Myers. Our location is approx. 2 hours drive north to Busch Gardens in Tampa, and 3 hours to Orlando and all the fun and excitement offered there. Drive 90 minutes south to the Everglades for an air boat ride through the mangroves. It's a short distance to Venice Beach where you can search for shark teeth or lovely Naples where you can enjoy browsing through the trendy shopping boutiques. A 2 hour drive east will bring you to Miami 's famous South Beach or Ft. Lauderdale. Within the Landings enjoy fresh water fishing in the many ponds on the grounds or try your hand at salt water fishing at the marina. You'll be sure to find some friends on the many courts, at the golf course, or swimming pool. Then enjoy the two fabulous restaurants that are available for your dining pleasure.

Notes:
The landings offers direct access to the Caloosahatchee river. Though we do not provide a boat to our renters one is available for hourly rental through the marina. Also, you can find a gas grill located at the community pool or you can find charcoal grilling areas at the marina that will also provide a breathtaking view of the sun set over the Caloosahatchee river. Internet access should be available at the helm club.
