Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security deposit of $500 required.
- Once the house is cleaned and inspected by our professional service, no damage is reported, no items have been removed from the house, and you have returned the house keys, your security deposit will be refunded promptly. The security deposit may be retained if any smoking is done in the house or on the premisses, if any pets are allowed in the house or on the property, if the carpet has been stained, if the house is not left in at least 'swept clean' condition, if the furniture has been rearranged, or if more than 8 people occupied the house (without permission) during the rental period.
- An initial deposit of 25% is required to make an early summer reservation (if the reservation is made after January 1st then the initial deposit is 50% of the week's rent). Payment by personal check or bank check is preferred for renters from the United States however a Paypal payment is also accepted (renter is responsible for the 2.9% PayPal fee for US payments). Renters from outside of the United States are required to use Paypal and they are responsible for the 3.9% International Paypal fee. A second payment of 25% is due by March 1st unless the initial deposit was 50% . The remaining portion of the rent and the $500 security deposit (payable by personal check, bank check, or Paypal) is due at least 1 month prior to the arrival date. NOTE: If the final payment has not been received 1 month prior to the arrival date then the owner reserves the right to try to rent the property to another party and some of the deposit will be retained by the owner to cover time and expense.

- 2 1/2 bathrooms that will be spotlessly clean when you arrive. Big mirrors (new lighting fixtures in all three bathrooms and magnifying mirrors in master bathroom and half bathroom). Beautiful shower curtains. Wonderful outside shower just outside the queen bedroom. Continuous hot water, you will never run out!

- All four bedrooms have quality bedspreads, pillows, shams, blankets, mattress covers, good lighting, window air conditioners, telephones, and clock radios. There are HDTV's in the master bedroom, the queen bedroom , and the living room (DVD player with a large selection of movies). We installed a new high capacity washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher.There are games, books, and puzzles for all ages.The private backyard has an outdoor shower (anti-scald), a lovely garden with a two-person Adirondack settee, a deck with a new large table that seats 8 adults, comfortable furniture, and a Weber gas grill. The house has wireless internet, cable TV, and land-line phone service. There will be a supply of spices, paper and cleaning products when you arrive. There are 2 adult bikes (ride at your own risk) and a set of golf clubs for your use. 9 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, 3 coolers, and two beach carts. Walk to Flax Pond in Nickerson State Park!
