This newly renovated home has four wonderful air conditioned bedrooms all with TVs, a large air conditioned living room with an HDTV, DVD player, a chess corner, and a large inventory of movies (DVD and VHS). The kitchen is newly renovated, has 2 wall ovens, built-in microwave, and is completely supplied with everything you need (even a lobster pot and an ice cream maker). There is a lovely deck with comfortable deck furniture and a new Weber gas grill, an outside shower, and washing machine and dryer. The property has deeded rights to a private freshwater swimming pond that is a short 5 minute walk from the house. In the garage you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your trips to the wonderful Brewster ocean beaches (beautiful bay beaches, no rip tides). You are minutes to beaches, the opening of Nickerson State park, bike paths, Captain's golf course, great shopping and fantastic restaurants. This is an ideal location for a family vacation.

There are games and puzzles for all ages. All four bedrooms have comfortable beds, window air conditioners, lamps, clock radios, TV's, and telephones. The backyard has an outdoor shower, a lovely garden, a deck with furniture and a new Weber gas grill, and is very private. This is a great vacation home and the location is perfect!

We have deeded rights to a small pond that is 1/4 mile from the house. There is a small unscreened porch on the front of the house as well as large wood deck in the back off the kitchen.
