- Both bedrooms are fully carpeted. There is a queen bed in the loft which has it's own private bath. The main floor bedroom has one twin bed and one queen bed with the bathroom a few steps away. The main living area has a quality queen size sleeper sofa. I've slept on it myself and it is great.
