- Property manager charges $35 booking fee/11% tax. 2.5% damage protection fee added for 5-6 guests.
- Deposit of $300 or 20% rental rate (whichever is greater) required via credit card upon reservations. + $35 non-refundable booking fee charged by licensed local management company. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival by money order/check. Cancellations are subject to $50 fee and must be made 90 days in advance of arrival. Within 90 days, refunds are subject to rebooking condo at same rate/terms. Travel insurance and damage waiver insurance available.
