Non-Holiday Midweek at $170/night, minimum of three nights - The rates do not include personal linens (we supply pillows, blankets, and paper goods). Cleaning is included. A security deposit of $200 is required. Booking requires 50%, with the remainder due 20 days prior to the rental period. All rentals must include an additional 10% hotel tax to the State of Vermont.
