San Francisco Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, with a 5 day minimum. Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days. A cleaning fee of $200 is charged for each two weeks of stay or portion.
A $500 deposit is required to hold the reservation.
1/2 the full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date and the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Holiday Rates:
Weekly $3,500
Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
