Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• The above rates are valid for up to two persons (Oktoberfest for up to 4 persons)
  
  For each additional person, regardless of age, € 14.-- per night extra.
  
  Regardless of the duration of stay would be charged per a service fee of € 49.-- (more than two persons € 59.--). This includes a thorough cleaning prior, the use of the washing machine and supply of bed linen and towels as well as usual consumables in kitchen and bathroom. For legal reasons we have to exempt the use of these services.
  
  The rates include otherwise additional costs as for heating, hot water and electricity as well as wired or wireless internet / broadband access and landline calls to Germany, neighbouring countries, Great Britain and North America.
  
  Before your final booking we will provide you with the total price for your stay again.
• Amounts are payable: 25% immediately after receipt of an invoice (booking is mandatory from receipt) and 75% until 10 workdays before arrival. Key handover is possible only upon timely payment.
  
  Payments from abroad can be done through PayPal. Credit card payments are possible only through PayPal for security.
  
  Bookings between two already assigned dates, the distance is less than minimum stay, are possible.
  
  Reservations can unfortunately not be accepted without a confirmed booking.
• In the case of cancellation and if the apartment can be rented not a substitute for the above described conditions we charge as following:
  Generally 15%, cancellation within 60 days before scheduled arrival 30%, within 30 days 60% and within 10 days 90% of the origin invoice amount, for complete cancellation without service fee. Booking will be canceled even if payment amounts are not received on time or the property not wholly or partially taken up.
  
  We would like to point out that this offer is non-binding. Rental is without commission by a private individual. The above mentioned prices include all taxes.
