Indian Creek House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Villa price Does Not Include 13% Florida Resort Tax.
Reservation is held with a $200 US deposit. (Non-refundable)
Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If arrival is less than six weeks of booking, then the full amount will be due - DAMAGE: We offer a low cost for Property Damage Protection Insurance for $49
OR a Damage Security Deposit of $200 is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks pending an inspection from our management company
Peak/ Holiday Season:
Christmas, New Years, and Easter/Spring break , Summer are $1130/wk
Minimum 7 nts during peak season
Minimum booking period
5 days, but there will be an additional $95 Cleaning fee.
Cleaning fee waived for stays of 6 nights or more
3-4 days booking can be used to fill in gaps.
