It is also a hassle to unbook a house and release dates/ promote again. It is just miles from either LAX or Burbank Airport and a beautiful drive along Sunset Boulevard to the beach in Malibu. Easy access to the studios if you are in town for work, and all of the tourist attractions. This location is perfect if you never want to leave the neighborhood. With the Canyon Country Store & Deli, and Pace Restaurant you never need to leave the area- you can just relax among the trees and enjoy the setting. Want to go out on the town? Walk or take a cab for a couple of dollars down the hill to Sunset Blvd., House of Blues, the Roxy, Rainbow Room, Sky Bar or the like (Comedy Store or Laugh Factory anyone?).
