Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- ~ 3 nights minimum (may be waived for last minute bookings.)
~ Holidays (Easter/4th of July/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years) .. $1350/week
~ $300 refundable security deposit.
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

- You can really wash away your cares in this deluxe, tiled walk in shower wih body sprays. Or you may prefer a long soak in the cast iron claw foot tub. The bathroom has been completely renovated as of June 2008 , so come and enjoy! Many amenities are provided, including thick, luxurious towels, (also beach towels for the pool) , cotton balls, q-tips, body wash and shampoo, and even bath soaking salts for taking a long, long soak in the wonderful claw foot tub!

- 1 bedroom is downstairs, 2 bedrooms are upstairs. One upstairs bedroom has a desk and TV, 2nd upstairs bedroom has a hand painted floor, with darling window seat and antique dresser. Bedroom downstairs has a large dresser, built in shelves, and window bench . Linens are luxurious 450 thread count. All 3 beds have beautiful quilts (and comforters and soft blankets for warm cozy winter sleeping. )

This farmhouse is your vacation paradise as you stretch out on the hammock under the grape arbor,swim in your private pool, stroll along the winding paths of Sunflower Farm's one acre of beautiful flower gardens and enjoy the sounds of the stream. There is also a large open field for games and plenty of benches throughout the property to just sit and relax. At night, have a bonfire by the stream, roasting marshmallows sitting under the stars. This is magical and will prepare you for sweet dreams on the pillow top mattresses under luxurious linens, all provided. Before turning in, you may want to enjoy a long soak in the cast iron claw foot tub.
Historic Farmhouse With Modern Ammenities: The house has been furnished with attention to every detail and comfort, with all stainless steel appliances and fully furnished kitchen, cable/HD Flat Screen TV/,High Speed/Wireless Internet, VCR/DVD, CD player, games, movies and a large reading library. Three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. Large capacity washer and dryer are provided. You choose between soaking in the claw foot tub or enjoying the tiled walk-in shower, with body jets to melt away your cares. To continue the 'Tuscan theme,' a beautiful antique vessel sink completes this bathroom spa retreat. Sunflower Farm is just 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and all of Asheville's entertainment. The National Forest is only 10 minutes away, with amazing hiking trails , including rushing streams and waterfalls. Also, we are 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and only 10 minutes to local restaurants and galleries.
You may fall in love with Sunflower Farm and never want to leave the property. That's OK. The front porch swing and rocker await your visit. Don't forget your favorite book!
