WHY VERONA WALK?: Verona Walk is widely regarded locally as one of the finest developments of its kind in the area. Conceived and Built entirely by renowned DI VOSTA Homes, the attention to detail and maintenance is of the highest order. The grounds are manicured daily, and the Town Center facilities are second to none. Security is firm, fair, friendly and helpful. Many services provided to homeowners and their guests and renters come from within the development (eg cleaning, homewatch, management, baby sitting). Few other communities boast all this and an ideal location as well. Many renters return year after year.
WHAT IS IT LIKE ?: You could not ask for a more tranquil environment, and if it is peace and quiet you want Verona Walk is for you. Our home is in a street in which most of the homes are owner occupied, and all medium to long term. If you want activity, social life, and exercise, it is all there. Naples Town Center on 5th Avenue, or the 3rd Street shops and restaurants, are treats to enjoy as often as possible. The main Shopping Malls are at Coastlands and Westside together with the massive Coconut Point, 1/2 hour to the North on the Interstate 75. The beaches are fabulous and not crowded. The Gulf of Mexico is beautifully warm. The Sunsets are legendary. The SW Florida weather needs no introduction.
SO WHAT ABOUT GOLF?: Although not Golfers, we do understand some of the needs of Golfers. There are about 15 Courses within easy reach of Verona walk, some with daily access, others with period privileges. We will be happy to let you have details when you contact us for information. Just say you want GOLF and we will do our best to point you in the right direction. We hear that playing several courses can be more interesting and challenging than the same one every day. If you want a Lake rather than a Golf course outside your back door, Verona Walk is for you !!
Other Activities: Sipping a cocktail at Tommy Bahama's. Watching the sun set over the Gulf. Lazing about by the pool or on the beach.
