- Villa Marie-Li was built in 2011 and decorated in Jan 2012. FIRST MOVE! The assignment is with min. 2 and max. 6 people possible. Minimum booking period 1 week, possible individual posting days are calculated as 1/7 of the weekly rate. With long-term use (more than 4 weeks), we grant special conditions. The prices are for 2 people plus the usual 11% in Florida Florida Tax. For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 50, - € / week. Children under 10 years stay free of charge. Payment is due upon booking (25%) and the rest 4 weeks before arrival. There is a deposit of 400, - € is due to be paid in compensation to the total.
