Clayton Cabin Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Federal Holidays are $275.00 Per/Night with a 3 night minimum = $825.00
  • There is a $125.00 cleaning fee and a $250.00 (refundable) damage deposit.
  • Plenty of room for multi-family getaways, making this a very affordable vacation! If you have any special needs, speak up, we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • Everyone can have their own space and privacy! There is also a little nook we have turned into a game room with an X-BOX, two controllers and a dedicated game TV. There is a stack rock fireplace just outside on the deck, a fire pit at the river and a wood stove inside--the house also has electric baseboard heating which can be controlled by thermostat in each room.

Notes: Hook up your iPOD and listen to your own music---there is a plug at the cabin but, you should bring your own charger. Pack-n-play, High chair, walker, babygate available upon request. Phone service is local only, no cell service---we have provided a phone card that you may recharge based on your need with your laptop computer or you may use an internet calling service(ie, Skype, etc..). We are located at an elevation of 2800 feet above sea level in a deciduous rainforest so we don't have much need for airconditioning during the summer months and in the winter months we often have snow when just a few miles down the road nary a flake will hit the ground! Temperatures here are typically about 10 degrees cooler than Clayton and about 20 degrees cooler than Atlanta. Firewood--you may bring your own, there may be some left from a past guest, or we can arrange delivery at a reasonable rate. Smoking permitted outside ONLY please.
