Shasta Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100.00 Per Night, With A 3 Night Minimum
- Rates are: Weare leaving our rates the same for the 2012 year, the economy has inproved some but we are still wanting to give everyone a place to come and stay without breaking the bank. $100.00 per night, plus the 10% Occupancy Tax with a three night minimum.
Monthly: Can be negotiated depending on the season.
In order to book your dates you must pay $200 security deposit either by check or credit card within 7 days of your request. All other fees must be paid 45 days in advance of your arrival.
Cancellation fees 30-45 days of arrival, $200.
Cancellation fees 15-30 days of arrival, 50% of rental fee.
Cancellation fees 0-15 days of arrival, no refund .
Pets are welcome with an additional deposit of $50.00, that is refundable if no damage is done to the home - Rates are: $100.00 per night, with a three night minimum, plus a 10% Occupancy Tax.
