Electric fee is USD 0.12/kWh. 2 weeks minimum rental for Easter and Christmas and surcharge of 20% at that time. Down pamynet is 30% of the net rental rate, min. USD 850. Security deposit is USD 700. Beddings, towels, beach-towels, WLAN, BBQ use, pool cleaning, garden service is supplied by the owner. Changes may apply without any notice.
