Galveston House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $275 per night / $1,350.00 per week
- Stay 3 nights, get the 4th night free! Weekly rate of $1,350 is based on six (6) night stay. 7 night stay is $1,500.0

CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: $375 per night if staying one night only or one night at a time.
Parking available for an additional fee depending on length of cruise.
HOUSE POLICIES
* The Galveston Victorian House rents to families, friends, companies and corporations.
* All responsible parties must be at least 25 years of age to register and are held responsible for the condition of the house when the rental period is over.
* Any use of the Galveston Victorian House for purposes other than small corporate rentals, family vacations, wedding families or affairs must be addressed at the time of the reservation
* Advance Reservations are required with a $300.00 Security Deposit.
* Rental fee is due the day of rental.
* Security deposits will be refunded by the Thursday follo - CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Cancellation must be made 30 days before arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* If there is a hurricane warning, your deposit will be immediately and fully refunded.
* We will accommodate you first if you chose to re-book at another time.

Each of these rooms is so comfortable that it will be hard to leave. **We will arrange for a very nice crib to be available if you have a baby.
