Tampa Condo Details
The Sun Coast Bird Sanctuary, where injured birds receive care, is popular with children and adults. John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach is approximately three miles south, and has many tourist shops, parasailing, charter fishing boats, and jet-ski rentals. Tarpon Springs is an old Greek fishing village, about a 90-minute drive up the coast. If you like Greek food, you'll enjoy the restaurants. Of course, there is always fishing, swimming, and sunning! There are sunset cruise boats (with or without gambling), including dinner, that are available from the Clearwater beach area. The condo is ideal for vacationing. It has a very large master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and its own TV, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a second full bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed, if needed. The kitchen is large, modern, and fully equipped (dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
and has a full complement of utensils and cutlery. The dining area, with its table and six matching chairs, is adjacent to the living room. There is a TV and VCR in the living room. Both the living room and master bedroom open onto the balcony, which can be seen in the photos on this Internet site. There's a washer and dryer in the utility closet. Maid service is provided at the end of your stay. There is a large heated swimming pool/hot tub, which you can see in the photos of the swimming area. The beach area is 300 feet wide, and you can walk for miles in either direction. The condo is located on the third floor -- the second occupied floor since there is reserved parking underneath. Our condo is on the northwest corner of this modern, very well-maintained, elevator-equipped, very quiet and private complex. The Gulf of Mexico and our privately-owned beach may be seen from our balconies, which are accessible from either the living room or master bedroom and kitchen.
Smoking is ONLY permitted on the balcony. Check in is after 3:00 PM on your day of arrival, and check out is before 10:00 AM on your day of departure. We prefer Saturday through Saturday rentals.
