Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- I am required to charge 11% FL Sales Tax. $85 cleaning and Laundry fee. $300 Refundable Security
- High Season Jan 05-Apr 30 & Jun 01-Aug 17 .. $1299/week (Saturday to Saturday).
Low Season Apr 30-Jun 01 & Aug 17-Jan 04 .. $ 849/week.
50% down at time of reservation. - $300 Refundable Security if paying by check.
Balance must be received by me 30 days prior to your stay in the condo. Inquiries are welcome regarding Holiday rentals.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Must be 23 years old or older to rent. Credit Cards Accepted.
