- All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $150 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out.
- CANCELLATION: Initial booking deposits are refundable, less a 10% service charge of your total rental amount, for all cancellations made over forty six (46) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made sixteen (16) to forty five (45) days before scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Initial booking deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made fifteen (15) days or less before scheduled arrival date.
