- This is a spacious one bedroom cottage and fold-out sofa bed is in the same room as the queen size bed. Most functional for 1-2 adults or 1-2 adults with children or other companions who don't mind sharing the sleeping area. There is a lovely ceiling fan in the bedroom (seldom needed due to the cool elevation of the cottage) and the television, DVD player and entertainment center are in the same large bedroom/living area.
