Santa Ynez House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3000 -$3500 /month max 4 people.
A $80 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
A $350 fully refundable, reservation confirmation, to cover any damage or late cancellation,
deposit, is required at time of reservation.
Payment of rent & cleaning fee is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival-
a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.
Full deposit forfeited if cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.$3500 /month max 4 people.
