If cancelled 15 days prior a 50% credit will be refund. No refunds 14 days or less. Paypal / cashiers check or personal checks form of payment. A security fee by check of $300.00 is required prior to rental it will be returned upon departure and inspection of property.
Rental is for up to 6 persons, extras at $25.00 daily.
The pool and tennis courts belongs to the private club, to use them, the administration charges
$5.00 per person daily or $75.00 up to 6 people for a week.
The golf cart is available for $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.
We also offer Massage sesions and Yoga at $95.00 per hour, please ask. - Additional persons $25.00 daily
