Modern kitchen includes micro wave, new refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and telephone with answering machine. Extensive cabinets and pantry are well stocked with cookware, silverware and dishes.
Laundry area has washer, dryer and lots of shelf space. Pantry is large and easy accessible with bi-fold doors.
The linen closet is in the hallway between the two baths and stocked with towels, linens and blankets.
The unit has central air conditioning/heating to all rooms except the Arizona/sun room.
Master bedroom has a King Sleep Comfort bed , well stocked bookcase and 37' HD television. Room has a large California style closet and a private bath. Large sliders open to the patio.
Guest bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired and a large double closet.
Bricked patio has a dining table and chairs and a new gas BBQ grill.
