Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • High Season (Dec 15-Mar 31, Oct 07-Oct 20) .. $180/night (3 night minimum stay).
    Low Season (Apr 01-Dec 14) ................. $166/night (3 night minimum stay).
    Low season 7 days or more $ 144/night; Low season 28 days $128/night.

    Rates Do Not Include Tax, Cleaning Fee of $157

    Damage Deposit is Required. In Cases of Cancellation After a Deposit is Received, the Reservation is Subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee.

    Within 30 Days of Arrival or After Occupancy, No Refunds Will Be Given Unless the Property Can Be Re-Rented.
