  Non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee: $200 per pet/per week.
  Beyond 15 guests (including children of any age) surcharge of $100/each. Monthly rentals do not pay tax but do pay utilities. Homes are in quiet, private, upscale neighborhoods. They are not “party houses”. 10pm-8am is “Quiet Time” within the gates of most developments

Last Minute booking of a 2 night stay, 40% off; 3 night stay, 45% off; 4 night stay, 50% off. We have many luxury homes, so there is a good chance we will have a home available at a discount. The “Last Minute” Special does not apply to holidays or other high demand dates.
