To reserve your vacation, complete the first and last page of the rental agreement and fax, email, fed ex or mail the rental agreement and your payment to the rental agent. Call or email for total fee, security deposit and tax. All major credit cards accepted. Reservations cannot be made until rental agreement fully and correctly completed, signed, rent paid, and fully-signed document returned to you by rental agent. No additional cleaning or pool fees, and all linens, towels, kitchen utensils included. Detailed information and photos of inside and outside of house available on owners' website! Please NOTE: do not assume that you have made a reservation until all of these requirements are met and the rental agent returns a signed rental agreement and confirmation papers to you!

- The house can potentially accomodate up to 12 people. There are four bedrooms which can accommodate seven people. Here is a description of the layout of the bedrooms: There are twin beds located in the basement, and that room is off of the playroom. There are no windows in the bedroom, but there is one in the adjoining room. There is a ping pong table in the playroom right now. (2 people) The second floor bedrooms have a double bed in one, and a twin bed in the other. (5) The masterbedroom has a queen size bed. Altogether, these rooms sleep seven total. (7) For additional people there are the following possibilities: There is a double futon type bed located in the master bedroom. This can sleep two. (9) There is a queen sleeper sofa in the library. This room as louvered doors. This can sleep 2 people. (11) In the living room there is a single sleeper sofa. This bed is right out in the open - no doors. This sofa bed can sleep one person. (12 people)
