Unwind and take in the tropical lifestyle while staying at our brand-new condo just finished in Oct 2007.
This upscale condominium is fully air-conditioned and offers all the amenities for a perfect retreat: a balcony on which you'll enjoy awesome sunsets, a fully equipped open-design kitchen with granite countertops and a large refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice, TVs in the living room and in the bedrooms, a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom, baths en-suite, in-home laundry with washer and dryer as well as assigned parking right in front of the building. The beach and pool are just a few steps from the condo.
Check-in: After arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island. We will meet you there and guide to our property. During your entire stay we are available anytime for questions or problems that might occur.

Located in the prestigious area of Pelican Key we can offer you a romantic getaway while being close to all the island has to offer. You are just minutes away from all the entertainment, 20+ restaurants, bars, shopping, casinos, water sports, cinema and several additional beaches, yet this place gives you all the peace and quiet you need. In addition it only takes you about 15-20 min. to get to the airport or to Dutch Philipsburg and French Marigot, the two capitals. The island of St. Maarten has something for everybody, whether you want to relax or you like an active vacation. There are over 30 beaches from quiet to lively. Activities include swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet-skiing, shopping, zip-lining, horseback riding, golf, minigolf, tennis etc. You can also take daytrips to the neighboring islands of Anguilla, Saba and St. Barth's.
