  • In the front of the house is the master bedroom suite that has wonderfully high ceilings and a ceiling fan suggestive of tropical décor. Cheerful yellow walls accented with white trim coordinate well with the white painted furniture. The room includes a king size bed, circular writing table, additional fold out desk, and flat screen TV. The Bedroom connects to a spacious dressing room with three closets and a separate dresser. The master bath includes his and her sinks, a large multi-drawer vanity with ample storage, and bath. The second bedroom has a pastel blue and green color theme, a queen bed, fold out desk, bath, and a walk in closet. There is room in this bedroom for overflow bedding on aero-mattresses. The third bedroom on the second floor is decorated with Lily Pulitzer linens and is best noted by the incredible sunlight that sets this room a glow at the end of the day.

Notes: The floor plan of the first floor is perfect for entertaining with a gracious front hall, guest closet, powder room, and a beautifully designed staircase. To the left of the front hall is a sunken living room, which has been decorated in a nautical theme. It includes one of the five flat screen TV’s and leads to a convenient back entrance to the garage and driveway. On the right of the front hall is the library, stocked with an assortment of books for all ages and a variety of board games. The library flows into a dining room that seats up to ten with a french door that leads to the patio deck. Through the dining room’s swinging door is the kitchen, a breakfast counter that seats four on bar stools, and a glass enclosed sunroom with table and chairs that seats six. Through more french doors is additional access to the patio deck. The patio is complete with outdoor furniture and perfect for entertaining or a casual family barbecue prepared on our new stainless steel Weber gas grille.

General Description of Neighborhood: Not enough can be said about our lovely street. Our neighborhood is maintained by a private association that ensures our street's consistent beauty for owners and guests. We know that you will enjoy our home as much as we do and we look forward to having you visit Nantucket and signing our guest book.

Golf: Nantucket has two wonderful public golf courses as well as private clubs that are available to the public in the spring and fall.
