Aruba effectively does not have a 'low' season, because the lowest island-wide average occupancy rate at any given moment is about 55-60%, which runs from mid-April to mid-December. As not to confuse with a low-season, this is thus the so-called MID-SEASON. The HIGH-SEASON runs from early January to mid-April, and has an island-wide average occupancy rate of 80-90%. The SUPER HIGH-SEASON runs basically through the holiday weeks around Christmas and New Year, from mid-December to early January, and this peak period has a historical statistic for the island-wide occupancy rate of practically 100% (especially for beachfront vacation condo properties, hotels or timeshare resorts)! - Tax and cleaning (before and after your stay, or weekly during your longer stay) are currently still included in our rates. The above rates are for the ULTIMATE LUXURY 2-bedroom condo only.
