Hartwell Lake House Details
This private home is two years old and was built as a private-get-away. All Furnishings and appointments will make you feel right at home and not in a rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and entertain. The set-up for the bar will accommodate a party of 20 with a built-in ice maker under the counter. The minute you step into this home you will realize that you will be able to sit back and relax. The high definition TV is great for movies or your favorite football game. The oversized couch and chair are unbelievable for relaxing. If you like the outside, the upperdeck with the swivel chairs, tables, ottomans and wooden rockers provide you a spectacular view over the fenced in back yard that overlooks a private cove on Lake Hartwell. The dock is covered if you are bringing your boat, a swim platform and ladder is just what you need to relax in the lake. Floats are available for your convenience. You can not afford to miss this one!
The downstairs is provided with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a private den with a twin bed. The gameroom has a queen size custom built futon. A foosball table is available with a TV, DVD, for watching and viewing movies. A game table with games /puzzles are also provided. The linen closet has two queen aero beds and floats (w/pumps ) for the lake. The game room opens up to a covered lanai and patio. The back yard is fenced to allow small children to play without venturing to the lake. The beam ceilings, stone walls inside the home and exterior will make the outside come in and make you feel like you are part of the lake and the natural surroundings. The upscale community is great for taking a walk in the hilly neighborhood or venturing into the wooded surroundings. You will not believe that this home is only minutes from downtown Hartwell. We have tried to provide you with everything you will need to experience an unforgettable vacation that you will want to return soon!
