Thirty days or less notification of cancellation, forfeit 20% rental fee, or minimum of 1 night's rent, if booking is for less than a week. If hurricane prevents arrival, forfeit cleaning fee of $100, which is paid in advance. If evaculation required while occupying unit, charges apply to nights stayed on a pro-rata basis plus cleaning fee.
