Yosemite National Park Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Oct.-April , up to 4 persons May-Sept, up to 4 persons
- Oct.-April $200/ night, up to 4 persons.
May-Sept.$300/ night, up to 4 persons.
$25.00 each additional person including children 4 years and older.
$500.00 per night flat rate for all applicable Holidays.
Rates subject to Mariposa County Bedtax.
Children 3 years and younger stay free.
Rates subject to Mariposa County Bed tax.
6 person maximum occupancy.
To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $500.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleanness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire deposit. - SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED ALL PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.
Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation rules apply.
If a reservation is cancelled at any time the cleaning/security deposit is refunded in full. Refunds are returned within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.
