Delray Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Rates:
* (Summer) May 1 - October 31: $7500/month + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee.
$3000.00/week + tax & $250 Cleaning.
* (Winter) November 1 - April 30: $8500/month + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee
$4000.00/week + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee.
* Holiday Weeks listed below are $4000/week:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter.
*Pool will be heated by request for additional $150 a month or $75 per week
(Rental Rates are subject to change). Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed to reserve the home and will
be faxed or emailed upon request.

Reservation Deposit:
50% of the rental fees are required to reserve dates, and will be applied toward the balance of rental fees.
Payment Policy:
Balance of Rental Fees and Security Deposit Due 30 days prior to
arrival. Security Deposit (minus damages, if any) will be returned
within 30 days of departure.
Refundable Security Deposit:
$1,000.00 - Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds, less than 120 days prior to arrival, unless re booked.
